Day 9

A day off!!!

Today was our first day off and it was wonderful!! It was really great to rest my muscles and get a little bit of time to sleep in. While in Walla Walla we are staying in the community college dome which is a really neat building which looks kind of like a golf ball. For lunch today we had a sponsored meal at a delicatessen called Merchant Ltd. For the remainder of the day we had some time to work on our bikes and get them ready for our 100 mile ride tomorrow. In the evening we had a sponsored dinner by the same man who has set up our housing at the college. I need to get into bed and rest for the big ride tomorrow.
