Day 44

Second star on the right and straight on till morning.
Today's ride into Topeka got off to an early start. We were actually to the first crew stop of the day before the sun even came up. Today's ride started to get into a more interesting part of Kansas than before. I am starting to think that Kansas is not completely flat. The short arrival took us from the edge of town to the TARC campus. TARC is the Topeka ARC. TARC took really good care of us. After arrival we went and took showers down the road at the YMCA. Lunch and dinner were both provided to us by the TARC on site at our lodging which was great. Between lunch and dinner a group of us went to WalMart to pick up some supplies that we were low on. As we settled down for bed a few of us set up our sleeping bags in a conference room and watched the movie Without Limits and fell asleep.
