Day 36

Today we had a special guest rider. Rodney, our team's public relations coordinator, decided to ride along with the cyclists today. Rodney did great! He rode with the lead group and held a great pace the whole 65 miles to La Junta. And for all you wondering (I'm sure no one is) I passed through the sweet town of Swink Colorado that maybe had 20 residents. La Junta is a small Colorado community that welcomed us with open arms. We are once again back in the typical JOH school gym lodging. For dinner we had a great potluck style dinner with the La Junta Lions club. The food was some of the best of the trip! After dinner we had an opportunity come back to the gym and relax, and as you can see I got a chance to catch up on my blog.
